The Fig Classic is dedicated to Pete "Fig" Fieweger and is a continuing effort to provide funds for education and comprehensive state-of-the-art patient care and treatment, especially for cancer patients in the adolescent/young adult age group. In the first seven years of this event we have raised over $250,000. We thank you for supporting this worthwhile cause.

The St. Joseph Hospital Cancer Center was established in 1988, and offers comprehensive cancer care, including a full range of diagnostic services, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, research protocols and hematopoietic stem cell transplants. The Cancer Center provides several treatment programs including those for blood and lymph cancer, gynecological cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer and many others.

St. Joseph Hospital is currently raising funds in support of a new three story, 87,000 square foot Cancer Center that will offer all services centralized in a single location. This new center, which will blend the compassionate care that St. Joseph Hospital is known for with the latest technology and research, is scheduled to break ground this summer.
